1. Glitterfly is not responsible for any lost/damages incurred during postage. To prevent any lost/damages, registered mail is highly recommended.
2. All goods sold are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable. Glitterfly ensures that all items are in top conditions before mailing them out.
3. Kindly note that all items are subjected to availability. In the event that the product is Out of Stock, customer will be informed and a full refund will be made.
4. All pre-orders generally takes about 1 - 3 weeks for delivery, largely dependent on the stock availability and arrival of the shipment.
5. Ready stocks: Cancellation is strictly prohibited.
6. Pre-orders: Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
7. All colors/measurements shown in the photographs on the website may differ slightly from the actual color of the item as color display may vary.
Pre-Order Policy:
* Updates will be provided on the website once available.
* Payment: Total amount due must be made within 3 working days upon deadline.
* Once order is confirm and deposit has been made, no cancellation of order is allowed.
* In the event that a particular item is out of stock, buyer can get a FULL refund of the deposit will be done immediately.
* Order will only be processed upon receiving the cash.
* Serious buyers only.
